Project Management

We specialize in project management services, which uses the PMI framework as a foundation. Our methodology provides six (6) phases for EMR implementation projects: preparation, planning, design, build, test and live. This approach is easy to understand and to isolate the work that occurs within each phase. Our services include procurement, scope, time, cost, quality, communication and risk management.

We also offer project audit services. If you are concerned about the current status of your project, we can provide professional assessment in all project management knowledge areas. Recommendations for improvement are developed into an action plan that will ensure the project gets back on track.
